Why we started doing this
We got tired of watching $60 light bars from Amazon fog up after two months, or die on a night run twenty miles from pavement. We got tired of calling "support" and reaching a drop-ship warehouse that had never touched the product.
So we started buying direct from manufacturers, bolting their stuff to our own trucks, and actually driving it. The junk didn't last. The good stuff did. Over time, we stopped stocking the junk.
That's Certified Crushin'. It's not a sticker. It's the test every product has to pass before we'll put our name on it.

The 5-step test
From the moment a shipment lands in Almo to the moment it goes in the store. Here's what happens.
Unbox and Inspect
Every shipment that lands in Almo gets opened, checked, and inventoried. No sealed pallets going straight to the customer. We put eyes on every unit first.
Bolt It On a Real Rig
The unit goes on one of our trucks. Not a bench, not a rig simulator. A real truck that hits real trails. If it rattles loose, if the bracket bends, if the harness fries, we find out before you do.
Drive It Hard
Trail runs. Night runs. Mud. Creek crossings. Dust. Heat. Cold. Whatever conditions the product claims to survive, we put it in those conditions and watch what happens.
Check the Numbers
Did it hold its lumens? Did the beam pattern drift? Did the housing hold up to vibration? Did the connector corrode? If it drops below what the spec sheet promised, it fails.
Approve or Reject
If it passes, it gets the Certified Crushin' stamp and goes in the store. If it fails, it never makes it to your truck. That's the whole process.
