How To Return An Item

Contact Us

Email sales@crushinoffroad.com or call (270) 978-3198 with your order number and reason for return.

Get Your RMA

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • RMA number must be obtained before shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • - Items that have been installed or modified
  • - Items with visible damage from use
  • - Electrical components that have been wired or connected
  • - Custom or special order items
  • - Items missing original packaging or accessories

Damaged In Transit?

If your item arrived damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
