Returns & Refunds Policy

At Crushin Off Road, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with our products. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns due to their nature. Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized products
  • Clearance items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been used or altered

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at Office@crushinco.com to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization number.
  3. Shipping: Package your item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the Return Authorization number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

In the case of defective or damaged items, we are happy to exchange them for the same item. Please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange when contacting our Customer Service team.
