What is the main difference in this new 9000lm Rock Light and the past versions?
- The traditional 104 Pod Style 9100 Lumen Rock lights are one of the stalwart products. Our customers love them! There have been a few cases where we have see moisture/fog buildup in glass. Now, not to worry! These products carry a full 1 year warranty. However, we acknowledge it's still a pain to have to change them out.... no one wants to do that!
- That being said, It is not and EVERY vehicle case, or EVERY install case. It really depends on the situation, the particular unit, the use and a number of uncontrollable factors. The 9100's or the 104's are still a great light and still a fan favorite of our customers, so don't be afraid to give them a try. - The new 9000 series has nearly the same brightness level as the 104's. The biggest difference is it doesn't have the side lights. That also means they don't have more windows for water leakage. They are more waterproof than the 104's in our opinion. So, there you go. Have more questions, just give us a shout!
