What is the CRUSHIN OFF ROAD Limited Lifetime Warranty?

CRUSHIN OFF ROAD Limited Lifetime Warranty means that if an eligible CRUSHIN OFF ROAD product stops functioning when being used in the normal application as the product is intended, we will replace defective product, or if the product is no longer available, will replace it with a similar product as determined by CRUSHIN OFF ROAD.

Troubleshooting may be required to identify defective product(s) for replacement. Some products may need to be sent to our shop for inspection prior to replacement being offered. Lifetime Support to Original Purchaser Only.

What does the CRUSHIN OFF ROAD Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?

CRUSHIN OFF ROAD Limited Lifetime Warranty only covers eligible CRUSHIN OFF ROAD Products that are (a) owned by the original purchaser (b) CRUSHIN OFF ROAD will only mail replacement products to the original purchaser at the residential ship-to address provided in the original CRUSHIN OFF ROAD order.

What is Not Covered?

CRUSHIN OFF ROAD Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or use of CRUSHIN OFF ROAD products other than the purpose in which it is designed for, damage caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance, installation. Warranty may also be voided due to damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, damage from normal wear and tear from use of the product (for example, scratches, etc.) or changes in the appearance of the casing that do not affect its performance. 3m VHB tape on portal lights, wire splicing without proper extensions, splitters, or damage during shipment are also not covered with the CRUSHIN OFF ROAD Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This limited warranty is non-transferable, and no cash or credit is available under this limited warranty
